A few years ago, I was teaching an MBA Project Management Class that happened to fall on Halloween. I gave the students a fun assignment... dress in costume but present to the class how your costume relates to the role of a project manager. Two young women came dressed as belly dancers and talked about the synchronicity and coordination required in project management... very powerful connection.
