		<description>In my PM classes, I ask my students how many of them are in sales?  At the beginning of the semester, one or two might raise their hands.  By the end of the semester, I have all of my students raising their hands and shouting enthusiastically positive responses to this question.  As project managers, we have to be in sales.  There's no other choice.</description>
